Second your product should last more than a few months once its paid for.
A while back I was in a pinch and desperately needed a washer and dryer. My spouse and I went to RAC in Muncie. I have no qualms with the staff, they got me what I needed and quickly. I completed my contract, with insurance.
They wont be receiving business from my family in the future.... Their loss, I know they dont have many customers that can actually afford the merchandise they sale.
The guy was nice and service was speedy including the free delivery
When I paid my contract off, we were quoted a proce for a full years coverage for the insurance (my husband are always better safe than sorry kind of people) needless to say, tge heating element went out in my dryer.
First DONT quote me a year long price when it isnt correct.
Well I call them today just to be told that my insurance has lapsed and "there is nothing we can do"
Going thru RAC I easily spent double what my washer and dryer is worth (that was ok because I needed it then) but this company needs to make sure their merchandise will work longer than a couple friggin months...
