The employees here are so friendly and offer incredible help. Definitely will be switching my phone carrier to AT&T. Dave was amazing! 10/10 would recommend!
Had an issue with fraud and wanted to purchase a watch. I was told to call the fraud department because my account was saying wasn't eliagable to add a device after being hacked. After talking to the fraud department she said I should be able to purchase the watch. She said if there were any problems to have the sales associate call the fraud department. Well I had a problem. The same message came up on the account that had been (and I told the fraud department exactly what the message said) and told the associate what the lady at fraud said. He refused to call fraud. He gave me the run around more and told me to call the credit bureaus and find the problem that way. The lady at fraud looked over my account when I talked to her and saw where I visited that store before I called them and saw where I had been to the carmel location also. She said that the associate in carmel ran my credit and the one at Muncie didn't...either time..and he also refused to call fraud. I was not pleased at all with service I got from the Muncie location. I felt like it was a burden when I've already been through enough with my account. At least the carmel location acted like they wanted to help. I'm done with the Muncie location until they get new staff or they're current staff gets some integrity.

Went in to pick up a phone that I had ordered online and didn’t realize my ID was expired (which I know is my fault) even though I had the account number, order number and the credit card it was ordered with they still wouldn’t give it to me. Apparently it was against their policy. They said I can go to the BMV to print a new one... but it was closed. So I added my girlfriend to be an authorized user on my account and sent her in to try and pick it up 20 min later. They didn’t even ask for her ID, she gave them my name and said she was picking it up for a friend, she called and asked me for the account PIN number and they just gave her the phone. What a Joke.
This place is a joke. I talk to the same representative two different times and both times he knew nothing. You really didn't even try anything. I am extremely disappointed and this store.
