Somewhat friendly staff. Treat you rudely for not getting or understanding some things and not really quick services went there and all staff was just standing around talking not offering help
THIS PLACE IS CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS FINEST. I am from out of state, and was on fly gig in Muncie. Due to travel complications, I had an emergency gear need in order to do the gig I was in town to play. I messaged Muncie Music Center on facebook at Midnight on Saturday night and explained my situation. By 8:00am Sunday morning I was on the phone with the owner, Dave, and by 10:00am, he opened up the store for me during off hours. Dave was so friendly, understanding, and helpful in this whole process. Dave and the folks at Muncie music center are top notch. If you are in this area, look no further for your music needs. Music industry aside, customer service to this extent in ANY industry is rare.

I have been to Muncie Music many times over the years for my music needs. Their customer service is excellent, their selection is great, and the store is just absolutely amazing! It is a clean and professional environment, but it is also a musician's paradise! If you are looking for a great local music shop, try them.
