In order to accomplish that, she explained that she needed us to trust her judgement and to accomplish a few minor tasks around the home before listing. We gladly complied and removed some children's toys, rearranged our living room and even temporarily moved some larger furniture items to a relative's home in order to open up a few rooms.
Eventually the home sold and our adventure moved to the buying phase. After the positive selling experience, we felt very confident that she would lead us to the right home. Intially, there were several homes that we were interested in but, after Rebekah researched the properties, she advised against them due to being over priced, bad location, etc. After finding a great home that we all felt comfortable with, we made an offer. We submitted an offer late one evening, it was accepted by the seller and the rest is history.....
Where do I start! Well, since this is my first on-line review of any product or service, that should show how great of an experience my wife and I had working with Rebekah. After "officially" listing the home, we expected to sell the home in 9 months, which was the length of time we sold a previous one. Within days of the initial listing, Rebekah brought in 2 couples for private showings. Both were interested but, had their own homes to sell before they could move forward. As you can imagine, the thought of two potential buyers being in our home less than 2 days after listing was very exciting. After learning that they had no immediate plans (like, that day!) to make an offer, my wife and I were very disappointed. After talking to Rebekah in more detail about the showings, that all changed. She assured us that the couples had many good things to say about the openness of our home (thanks to Rebekah's earlier recommendation!) and would be interested in this home should their home sell. One of them had the home in their top 2!
