Great to work with both with student financial aid, maintenance/issues in a home, and is open to making changes if needed to accommodate. Really appreciate them. Only dislike is often little warning. We had a day notice of an appraiser, and being sick/going to the hospital around that time, they were upset about the condition and expressed that to us with a home check. However, it's understandable from their perspective. Better than previous experiences in Muncie.
