I employed Tom Parker to oversee a property I was renting. I wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy. Tom Parker and Cody Wallace were the worst to work with. They were very short with me when I would call them. They told the renters to never call me because I was a crazy old lady. They also told my renters that I act the way I do because my husband has leukemia. This is beyond unprofessional in my opinion. They charged labor for a air conditioner that I purchased for the tenants that I later on found out that my tenants installed. He is a liar and I definitely don't recommend his so called services. I would give zero stars if it would allow me.
Wonderful people! Very pleasant to work with and extremely friendly! They looked out for our best interest being first time home buyers! F.C Tucker is the best in Muncie! Would recommend them to anyone who is buying, selling, or just looking!
