I have been researching and shopping for a mattress for my 89 year old mother for over one year now. My sister informed me that Mattress firm was having a promotion too good to pass up so I went their this past Saturday. I was totally impressed with the product knowledge of sales rep, Elizabeth. She was very pleasant and extremely professional which is lacking in most business establishments today. She proved me wrong that customer service is dead in today's society. She is definitely an asset to this company. I am looking forward to my mother sleeping on the mattress she recommended.
