Rooms were nice. The service through out the hotel, Especially food and beverage, was an absolute joke. We stayed two nights for a wedding. Room didn't get cleaned and the bathroom wasn't the cleanest at check in. Had a small dinner reception one night and the silverware was rolled up in what appeared to be pool room wash clothes instead of cloth napkins. Attempted to get breakfast in the bistro one morning. Put our order in and ended up leaving after an hour because we still hadn't gotten our order. Facility looks nice but overall is kind of a joke when it comes to service.
Very Clean. Looks new. The rooms are really nice. Great service! They hire and train individuals with disabilities, which is awesome!
Purchased and Served a salad missing ingredients. When we asked Sam (female) without a name tag, where is the bacon. The reply was and I quote ...we are out of bacon. End quote. As a customer it would be nice to know that bit of information before you agree to buy it. It was 20 mins before closing time. Very limited selection to choose from.
Super comfy bed, probably the best I've ever slept on. The hotel was brand new when I stayed so everything was new and clean. Staff were very helpful, the front desk told me about construction which could have delayed me getting to the airport.
Really really nice! I mostly stay at Marriott hotels and am usually satisfied. This was one of the nicer ones I have stayed at though. Nice location, very clean and very updated. Spacious rooms!
Update, when mentioning the situation to desk staff the next morning they promptly a dressed the issue. We were grateful. So we changed the rating to 4. The room was comfortable, clean,and nicely decorated.
