I can't say enough good things about Tuffy. Randy and his crew work hard to make sure that every problem is diagnosed and is taken care of at the lowest cost possible. They're never going to overcharge you or tell you that work needs done that doesn't need done. You can trust that if they tell you something is necessary that it certainly is. On top of that the waiting room is always stocked with cold sodas and snacks where you can sit back and enjoy your wait while watching a little golf on TV. Each one of them is passionate about cars and taking care of their customers I can't recommend them enough.
Best mechanics in town. Very kind, will go out of their way to make sure everything is done right. Good ol' boys for sure.
Great service! I felt like they were very honest with me and were willing to walk me through anything I didn't immediately understand. They do AAA discounts and I believe they may also do a Ball State discount. If your car has to be in the shop for several days, they will drop you off at your house/work and pick you up when your car is ready. Highly recommend.
This place is very bad, they always tell you you have a problem in your vehicle and charge a lot for it even if your car is in good condition and all you need is an oil change, just be careful
Randy @ Tuffy is a liar & a cheat who takes full advantage of women! I went there for back brakes & rotors! He charged me $500! Then he told me that I needed new tires! He called me everyday for a wk asking me if I wanted these Yokohama tires that were there, ready, & waiting for me! He said they'd be $577 out the door! He left voicemails about these Yokohama tires! I paid Randy for Yokohama tires! But he put Encounter HP's on my car! I called to tell him about what he did & not only was he rude, but he told me to prove it & hung up on me! After spending $1100 w him in less than 8 days??!! WOW HE TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME & I WOULDN'T HAVE GIVEN HIM 1 STAR! BUT I CAN'T WRITE A REVIEW IF I DIDN'T! IF UR A WOMAN OR HAVE A WIFE, MOTHER, & OR DAUGHTER THEN I WOULDN'T GO THERE!!
