Called to get a quote for tires. Spoke with a guy there who gave me a fair price. I said I want to buy them. He said okay call back tomorrow. I found this strange, so I called back the next day to be told they sold the last set that morning and it would be a while before they would get any in and that I should've told the guy the night before I wanted to buy them and that it wasn't the current guys problem. Well as I mentioned, I did tell the guy I wanted to buy them and I wanted to schedule a time to come in. I'm a firm believer in good customer service, and this clearly wasn't good customer service. I went to tire barn instead and got an even BETTER deal. I will say cooper has fair prices and family members have told me they're extremely fast with new tire changes. But my interaction with them has caused them to lose any future business I may have.
Ray and the gang always take care of my truck needs. They honor their warranties and are very honest. I always refer them to my family and friends. Thanks guys!
Was very pleased with my service here went in for a leak on one of my tires and rotation not only was it super fast but done all for no charge. The only thing I would suggest is to have them check tire pressure which was not done
I hesitate to talk about how good this place is, as i don't want it to get even more busy, but they are the best in town by a mile.
