I called Jones and they said to come right in. They pulled the van back and, about 15 minutes later, my van was fixed! I'm sure that not all repairs are so simple as to only take 15 minutes, but I was extremely impressed by how quickly they diagnosed the problem and repaired it. I would not hesitate to recommend Jones in the future.
