Nicest and most professional people. Started taking my cars here 8 years ago and have only been treated with respect. I'll go out of my way to take my business to Jim's. They sweep out the mats in your car each time it's in. Can't say enough good things.

Customer service and timing were amazing. The employees at Jim's actually provided me with a textbook diagram showing what was wrong with my car and explained it thoroughly. As a female, I feel that I am often patronized by mechanics. Jim's was completely different. I would definitely recommend them!
Great customer service. Fair pricing. My clutch assembly was replaced and they showed me the old parts they pulled out& what was wrong, why they replaced it. Was reccommended by Cooper Tire for transmission servicing & I will be going here for any maintenance I may need from now on!
