Jesse and Terry do a great job at D & M Transmission. I brought my car in on a Friday afternoon at about 1 pm. Terry took my car right in and offered to buy us a cup of coffee at the restaurant next door. My 11 year old car has a lot of issues, so I expected to have to wait a long time and an even longer time for the repairs. I also expected it to cost me an arm and a leg since it was transmission related. Jesse checked it out and turns out I only needed a new solenoid pack and not a new transmission or a rebuild. I wonder how many other shops would tell me this instead of just insisting on a rebuild? It costs me a little over $400. They had to order a part, but it was done by 11 am the next day! Great people, great service, I wouldn't take my car anywhere else after this experience!
