This place was The cleanest with the nicest facility and the most helpful and knowledgeable employees. Out of the 4 Storage facilities that I looked that they were by far the best! The prices are very competitive across the board with the best of amenities. I have had the storage unit for almost a month now and I probably come and go 3-4 times a week. Hopefully that stops real soon. Lol! I am still trying to get everything Organized so I can find it when needed as I am planning on storing 90% of my belongings in the storage unit for roughly 4 to 6 months. Every time I arrive at the storage facility and sometimes it is later in the evening or very early morning. No matter the time of day I have always felt safe. They gated facility along with the cameras Has allowed me to feel comfortable To do the things I needed On my Time. After looking at other places prior I am so glad that I took the time to lease this storage unit in a gated community opposed to something with a gravel parking lot and No security gate or cameras.
I will end it with this, if you are looking for a storage unit that is not going to leak water all over your belongings With a great staff on site, “YOU FOUND IT”!!!!!!
Community Storage is very clean and smells great. The truck that we used was clean and we could get blankets and a utility cart for appliances. We were very pleased with everything available to us.

Helpful, friendly staff - even remembered my name when I showed up a week after renting the unit to buy some boxes & bubble wrap. Pleasant & understanding on phone call to me when my credit card was rejected for the second month's rent because the account number had changed. Just showed up to get wardrobe box that wouldn't fit in my Prius if folded as usual, so they sold me the preassembled floor model to get me on my way quickly.

And NO, This is not a made up review and I don’t work there. I stopped in there like I said less than a month ago and met Jan and a couple of her coworkers. They helped me find the right storage unit that Suited my wants and needs. I am in retail sales myself, so I appreciate when someone doesn’t try to sell or lease me something that I don’t need. They did just the Opposite, they listened and guided me to the right storage unit that fit my budget and all my items.
