I ordered a necklace on Novemeber 3rd to be given on the 16th as a birthday present. Today is the 27th and I have yet to receive shipping notification. I have inquired about it twice and have gotten a run around each time. Estimated shipment time when I ordered was 7 to 10 business days. This is very unacceptable!!
