I sent my fiancé ring in to have sizing beads installed for a better fit.. and was told by several employees to just drop it off on a Sunday and it will be back by the following Monday..(1 week) well its been 10 days and was advised that it will be in the coming up Monday..so i have my fingers crossed..wish us luck..and you've been warned..

I have had a Wonderful experience with Andrews Jewelers in the Muncie mall. The customer service is incredible. Ben and Ashley have made intentional efforts to make my transactions smooth, even going so far as to mail me my receipts when the computers had crashed so I didn't have to wait around. They even included a hand written note thanking me for my patience. I never received that kind of individual care at other jewelry stores. Thanks guys!
