If you rate the Chug less than 5 stars you likely spend your nights at Brothers. The Chug is the best bar in Muncie with the best bartenders, regulars, prices, and trivia.
FIVE FREAKIN' STARS, PEOPLE. I spent a huge portion of my college days at the Chug, falling on the floor at the Chug, and laughing in the bathroom with strangers... in the Chug. I danced on tables, met some of my best friends (to date), and overall had a great experience here EVERY SINGLE TIME. If you think this place is dirty or smells weird, go to Brother's! This place isn't for the faint of heart and neither is the riot punch they're serving (for super cheap, I might add). It's a dive bar and it's meant to be crusty and dusty. Keeps the weak ones out, lol. But in reality, I have long since given up my drinking and just wanted to come to say how much joy this place brought me. Laughed, cried, and spent much of my time here. Please go! I hope you love it's charm as much as I did.
Great atmosphere and drinks are affordable
Great local atmosphere and decent music. Things get a little crazy here but thats to be expected in a small town with few bars. No cover so at least that was a plus.
Great service and a fun atmosphere. Definitely a college bar, but anyone can fit in. A little grungy, but I've yet to have a bad time.
