It's the perfect hometown bar. It's got everything a good bar should have. Good local live bands, a good beer selection, and great bartenders.
The best music venue in town. The owner books tons of traveling bands. This place exudes the true DIY ethic. I consider this a hipster/hippy venue. The crowd can vary from night to night. It's worth a visit.

This is actually my favorite place! It's almost a scene/emo kid bar but they welcome everyone and they're so nice! There are places at the bar and out back. It's almost if you were to go to a start up bands house in a good way!
Whitney and the Be Here Now crew are simply WONDERFUL. They set low expectations and yet the audience, ambiance, crew, and venue were all amazing. We'd come back to play here in a heartbeat and hope that we get to do so!
