This is a difficult one. I have been going to this facility since it opened. My bills have always been paid. My pets received great care but a pet who is in need of emergent care was the issue. My daughter who also goes there on my recommendation did not have the money for the care and x-ray she needed. I told her to tell them I would be in to pay them first thing the next morning because I was at work. This was not allowed. The bill had to be paid now. My daughter who is upset because her pet is ill and needs to go to the animal hospital in Anderson is frustrated. I understand the facility wants there money but was disappointed that the money was more important than the pet. We both have decided to seek vet care at another facility. I will miss Venus and Starla they are terrific care givers.
