When you can't use my account info pulled up on my phone & after 15 min in line you keep telling me my phone number doesn't exist JUST long enough for me to be 3 min too late to use sale prices.... the correct answer is def not, "Well there's nothing I can do about it now".... Way too expensive a store for such poor service. Enjoy putting back 150 lbs of cat litter bro.
*****I have had several bad experiences with an employee, and I can't be the only one who's been treated rudely by her. Tonight she approached me, didn't let me finish my question, but proceeded to lecture me at a million words a minute. I walked away feeling very disrespected. I wish I rememebed her name!! I then bumped into another employee who had been helping other people, and figured I'd wait and ask her about it too. I'm so glad I did, because I'm extremely thankful for the time and patience that Sabrina took with me to fully explain how to care for my wife's leopard gecko. She was very sweet respectful and made sure that all of my questions were understood. While I was there I also had her recommend dog food for our black lab and help with tips on getting rid of fleas at my mother's home. She definitely knew her stuff and provided the best customer service I've had in years. Ask for Sabrina when you come in! She's one of the good ones I will definitely make a point to remember !!

I hate giving this 5 stars because it's not local. However, I bought my daughter a guinea pig. The staff was friendly, helpful and the store was clean. I would prefer you go to G & M, a local pet center. But if you go here, you're in good hands.
They treat my dog Sam very good but he acts like I'm leaving a child on the first day of school they are very polite usually do a good job on him but always tell me I can bring him back if I don't care for his clipping I haven't done it yet out of five times
