Not the best for international shipments. Twice now I've had boxes shipped back to me for not including the correct paperwork, not having paperwork filled out correctly, missing necessary invoices, etc.
This is not a nice store to visit. Employees don't seem to care about you nor do they seem to know there job at all. To ask them a simple question seems like you are bothering them. I go to this office because it is on my way to work but I always leave there saying to myself I'm not going to go back.
Excellent service. Entire store had only one employee and he was on top of everything. I came to use self-service fax and copier, he asked me multiple times if I needed any help. I highly recommend this store.

Wow would be nice if there was a sign letting you know downloads were not allowed on the RENTAL computers that you pay .35 cents a minute for. Wasted $24 and they also only take cash for a FedEx card!!!! Waste of my time and money!!! And the others are correct not the best customer service from the employees!!!!! Go else where , save yourself the frustration!!!
