I swear I regret ever leaving Metro pcs, not only did they not honor their own return policy but their supervisor( DeMarcus, ) not only disrespected me but he did it in front of my child and when I called customer service they refused to acknowledge the problem. Matter fact they allow him to continue to work there as a supervisor no less. Stir clear
Great place to shop. The guys there are really nice and help you out alot. The manager Demarcus was able to cut me a deal on cases too for my phones. Good Business

Very disappointed. My father went and got him a phone after dropping his old one in the water and the man who helped him was not helpful, sold him the wrong screen protector (didn't offer to put it on) and a cheaply made case.
