Apparently I'm not the only one that's had this issue based on the Facebook page. I tried to purchase some items during the specials in September, was charged for part of the order a month later and still never received any product. I've spent multiple days and hours on the phone with customer service with promises of refunds and have yet to see my money back. Do NOT order from this company!
I really like this store. I think him some more biased of the store. Because I get all the drywall finishing.
Extremely disappointed. Did not carry my size in any of the shoes that I wanted to try on. The only condolences they had was to offer me 7-10 business days for them to order the shoes for me. Bad business management not having anything in stock.
After lookup the store hours, I drove to the store. The hours on Su day are 12 to 7pm . I arrived at 5:49 and the gates were closed as was the store! So i called. And asked what time they close. The dingy lady said, oh we closed at 5:30 .
Worst. Service. Ever. Every time I come to this location the staff look at me like I'm stupid. They also upcharged the shoes I wanted in store, and when I showed them the pricematch ON THEIR OWN EMAIL, they wouldn't do it.
