We've been getting all 3 of my children's shoes here for many years, and I've never been quite as impressed with their level of customer service anywhere else, period. Attentive to detail, super kid-friendly, rewards program to earn free shoes, balloons for the kids, a birthday card on their birthday. Overall excellence.
