I love the biscuits and gravy here and of course the ham and cheese . I moved from muncie about 10 years ago but when i come back to visit everyone knows i have to have breakfast at macs! Great prices and yummy food!
I enjoy eating their after I go shopping with my wife at the Glass Outlet store.
Ordered a special biscuit and gravy and it wasn't even like warmer. Usually it is so hot it has to sit to cool for a bit. So I called and spoke with a manager. She said I had to drive the 15 minutes back to get it replaced is all she can do and check the steam table.
Very slow. Not organized. Seriously lacking management skills. Rush hour on a Saturday morning. Should be more prepared..... Coming from someone who has worked in this field for over 20 years. But I won't except minimum wage and minimum hours...
They offer great food at a great price. Better variety than other fast food restaurants in the area.
