very poor experience with catering order on Xmas eve... it was not what we ordered when we got home to feed 25 people and store was closed by the time we got home with it... very dissatisfied with them and their customer service
There food is fantastic for the price and there breadsticks cannot be beat. Most of the staff is friendly and quick service.
We go frequently to Fazoli's drive through. Tonight we ordered the chicken parmesan and the ultimate chicken Alfredo. The chicken parmesan was dry and overcooked, very little sauce on top of dry spaghetti. The fettuccini noodles were dry also very little sauce. The bread sticks that are usually delicious were dry and over cooked with little taste. We were very disappointed and it will be a long time if ever that we go back.

It was ok food took a bit of time to get it but everything was good except for the ranch dressing and the pizza but other than that it was good and you have to love the bread sticks
I like the restraunt however the pasta in the spaghetti and meatballs had a plastic after taste from the plastic storage containers.
