When I asked for a table to be cleaned the employee shouted to a manager named Harley to get someone else to do it since shes been out there all day. The manager just stared at her and didn't ask anyone to clean our table. The employee apologized to me. When Harley brought us our food I told her we were still waiting on our table to be cleaned. She didn't say anything....sat our food down and then a gentleman came over to clean it for us. 6 of us were dining in and that was the only table available or of course we would have just chose a different table. After that the employees were overly friendly kept coming to our table literally every 5 minutes to see how we were. Maybe it was extra annoying due to the table issue i dont know. Rant over.
Great food... Crappy service... Every worker has always had a bad attitude.
Food was good but, the price on our receipt was not the price on the menu. We paid more than what was on menu. If you go here watch your tickets and question it.
Best customer service of ANY fast food service. Makes my husband almost cry. Food was EXCELLENT, staff very polite and respectful, food hot and portions decent. Would want anyone to go there and bring your children. Please please guys support the companies that try and make a difference. This one, Culvers does just that.
