There are two taco bell locations near my home. This location has given problems with orders on three out of the five times we've been here. Usually, I can get it fixed. This time, because my son and I ate our meals in the restaurant, and took my husband's to go, of course the receipt made it to the trash. Later, my husband finds there is no meat in his cheesy potato burritos. We call and ask for a manager and are told that the manager is busy. We offer to bring the food beck in place of the receipt, but they said there was nothing they could do, even bringing to food back. I will now travel the extra couple of miles to avoid using this location in the future.
Service was fast and employees were friendly. Our food would have been good if they actually had toppings. Not worth coming. The sad thing is this is one of the best Taco bells in Muncie.

The female manager at this location is absolutely lacking in tact. I added something at the window, as soon as I got there and before I paid, I was also the only person in line at the time, and apologized prefusely and she continued to speak poorly about me right in front of my face. My son even asked "is that lady mad at you?" Thankfully the young man working the drive through was calm and collected and handled everything very well. We won't be going back unfortunately.
Always my go to taco bell in Muncie. They are fast with their service, and friendly when speaking to me. The food always comes out quickly and has never been wrong for me. I also always see them wiping down their tables when a customer leaves and if my tray is empty they will offer to take it for me. The way a taco bell should be run.
