Please don't go to the Voss center. There are so many other options, look into to their history and how many times they've been sued.

I seen Dr. Lopiccolo and it was a horrible experience. The staff was great, but he was extremely rude. This was my first child and he treated me like I had no idea what I was talking about. The moment I mentioned having a birth plan, he rolled his eyes and scoffed at my wishes. He told me I'd have to see every doctor there at least once and I wouldn't know who was actually going to be delivering my baby when the time came. It was too impersonal for me and I felt like just another pregnancy to him. Thankfully he suggested I see a midwife at another location instead and I absolutely loved her and had a fantastic birthing experience.

There is a reason the best is in demand. In this case, whatever office waiting times you experience are well worth the time spent, and especially so on delivery day. I highly recommend this practice to anyone requiring the services of an OB/GYN.

I seen Dr. Sutton for a LEEP procedure. The procedure itself went ok but I felt very rushed. When I first got there to sign in no one was at the window to greet me. I had to take the paper work that I received in the mail back up to the window because I was never called back up there after signing in. The nurse that did my vitals was very nice. Dr. Sutton came into my room and starting talking about what he was going to do during my appointment and I had to inform him that I already had that done (biopsies). He then had to leave the room to read my chart. Shouldn't that have been done before he came in the room!? As he was leaving the room he proceeds to tell me that he's probably not going to be doing anything during this appointment if I've already had it (biopsies) done. He comes back into the room and tells me that he does need to remove the precancerous cells from my cervix. (This is the reason I thought I was there in the first place) Dr. Sutton tells me to follow him to the procedure room but as soon as I get in the hallway his nurse, Morgan, starts talking a mile a minute about how she didn't set up for the LEEP procedure and tells me to go have a seat back in the exam room. She then comes back to get me stands in the door way of the procedure room and tells me (still talking a mile a minute) to undress from the waist down and then shuts the door. They both come back and just start the procedure without explaining anything at all. They did ask if I was doing ok every few minutes but other than that I never knew what was going on. After the procedure was done Morgan left the room so quickly I didn't even have a chance to ask her any type of questions. She just said "Over there is a pantie liner and a pamphlet you can read about the procedure." Dr. Sutton told me I should hear back from him in 3-5 days and If I don't then to call the office and he left the room. Didn't hand me the check out form or tell me where to check out. Didn't tell me what to or not to expect. What not to do after and for how long. NOTHING!! Yes, all this information was in the pamphlet but I should have been told verbally! I have never been to a doctors office where I felt so rushed and uninformed. If I ever go back here I will never be seen by Dr. Sutton again!!

Dr. "Pete" Voss delivered all three of our children, so I've been to see this office operate somewhere in the range of 40 - 50 times. The qualities that won me over enough to post a review here are these: (1) each of this practice's physicians who we met along the way possessed an innate ability to connect to his patient, and (2) each physician was willing to answer any and all questions his patient -- or her husband -- might have had, even at the enormous expense of maintaining what must be a VERY busy patient schedule. To any patients who I may have forced to wait longer by asking questions: I'm sorry!!

Horrible office staff. My wife and I have been interviewing OB's for our pregnancy. We found out a few months ago that we are having twins. So far we have interviewed Community North and St. Vincents hospitals, and were treated with respect. The office manager (Hubbard?) pulled us into an office and gave us the third degree, and demanded that we choose whether or not we were going to be patients. None of the other hospitals treated us this poorly. We were willing to pay cash for our time with the doctor. We told her that in order to make an informed decision about who our care provider will be, we are interviewing doctors and will not be making a decision until we are done. She was incredibly rude to us, we have not experienced this anywhere else.
