Management at this facility is awful! The workers that the donors have to interact with are always friendly, professional and fun. But I've been donating here for years now and have always been disgusted with the attitudes that come from the management staff. It's your typical "power trip" kind of attitudes and it's unprofessional and always makes me feel uncomfortable. They treat their good employees like dirt and right in front of donors! It's hideous and needs to be addressed. Other than that, I'm always happy with my donations.
I've donated a Indiana blood center before and never had any problems with my vitals. Always well within acceptable ranges, until I went to Biolife. Pulse instantly "jumped" 25 points along with significantly higher blood pressure.
I have been in four times and all four times either they can't find my veins, which I have never had a problem with before, or they messed up my appointment. The workers are incompetent, rude, and have no idea what they are doing. I would not recommend going here, its a huge waste of your time.
Went for my 5th visit today. Was told when I signed up after 5 donations I would receive $300. Checked my account and it wasn't $300. Called was told (TODAY) NOT WHEN I SIGNED UP that I had to do 5 visits in 30 days. Needless to say today was $20 and did not take my account to 300.00. Hour and a half plus gas to get there for $20.
I'm so tired of this place. Every time there's an opportunity to make an extra bonus there seems to be a problem with my levels. This never happens any other time I donate. Will not waste my time again.
