I don't think I've ever had as many problems with a doctor's office as I have had here. I called before showing up to receive results for some routine tests (pap and blood work) and was assured I could come in, sign the waiver and get my results. Boy was I wrong. I can come in, sign the waiver and wait 30 days for MY results from MY chart that they've had the results for. Mind you all I needed was a copy of results that I had gotten months ago and I magically can't have a piece of paper printed out. So much for calling ahead to make sure I could come in and get them and then basically be called a liar when I came in to get them. No Thank you.
I am a patient for prenatal care and I must say I couldn't be happier. The staff is very VERY laidback, yet professional. I have been to other places, and they are the most understanding people and I haven't felt judged yet. There are also not stupid questions. They will give you good answers without trying to make you feel bad. They have related to me numerous times, and even shared personal experiences with me. With the personal lady exams, Dr. Rudicel keeps them pretty quick. He gets what he needs to get without a whole bunch of time wasting and lingering. He also seems to be very knowledgable, and can you a very quick diagnosis. You can tell he's been doing it for a long time. They are a low-income place and also give you coupons for Beds & Britches for keeping appointments. I live 30 minutes away from the place, but am positive if I get pregnant again, I will return.
Staff is super friendly, helpful, and understanding.
They're always so nice, and non judgemental.
