The WORST !!! Just got done eating at Dairy Queen in Muncie. They blocked the whole parking lot right during the lunch rush. Manager of Dairy queen said they were supposed to be their and done hours before. While I was eating, I watched a worker walk into Dairy Queen to use the rest room, WITH boot full of tar and left a trail of tar footprints across their custom logo rug and tile.
