ONLY PAY WITH CREDIT CARD, so you can do dispute if necessary. Take notes from all your calls. Make sure you record the original delivery ETA they promise you when placing your order. Be prepared to cancel the order, and dispute the down payment if they take to long to deliver. You can dispute a credit card charge up to 120 Days afterwards.
Update!!! The lady at extension 224 called me back to schedule! 2 months too late but they called!! But while they were screwing me over I had a nice local company put one up......(week and a half)The lesson is don't deal with a fly by night out of state company that has no inventory. or morals
Too bad you have to give them any stars at all in order to post. Negative stars would be more appropriate. This company has terrible customer service, promises timelines for install which they don't plan to keep. Promised my carport in 3-5 weeks, I called them at 4 weeks because they still had never even called to confirm my order, they said it would be more like 6 weeks to install...it is now 8 WEEKS and I still haven't even received a call to schedule the install. I called them today and they are happy to cancel my order...but your deposit is non-refundable (read the REALLY small print on the paper you sign!!!!) Oh and by the way they will tell you then never gave you a timeline for install - like someone would order a $2800.00 with an open ended install date!!! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE company. Avoid them like the plague!!!!!!
Update #2: Guess who showed up today trying to deliver a carport!? Kind of strange cancelled and never scheduled, I conceaded defeat and I wake up Saturday morning with All Steel Carports in my driveway. I told them I cancelled and they left but I'm sure this is not over, they will try to bill me for something. I will keep updating so others won't have to deal with this company.
God why didn't read these reviews first! Just like the majority says on here....Do not use this company or anyone that sells for them(Ohio Outdoor Structures Dalton Ohio-Zack) Terrible lying customer service-no delivery- wont call back-lost money, same stuff. I recorded all the calls if anyone is interested!
I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my new garage. I had a few little snags along the way, but the Customer Service was AWESOME. They solved all my concerns to my complete satisfaction. We recently purchased an All Steel Carport for our travel trailer. We are extremely happy with the final set up! The guys that put up our carport arrived and went to work quickly. It was amazing to watch how fast and efficient they were in erecting the carport! Only took them about an hour and a half from start to finish including picking up their tools and ladders. We would recommend All Steel carports to anyone looking to purchase a carport!
NOTE: I called them every 2 weeks they never gave me a delivery ETA but only said "someone is still working on your order" so that was very nerve-racking.
Update: After 70 days from ordering + 10% down payment, my carport was installed. I am very satisfied. If you are patient, I would recommend doing business with All Steel Carports.
