While the store is generally kept clean, I can never find staff at this location. Even when I find someone, I am greeted with apathy or "Ugh, can I help you?"
A long time customer at Macy's cosmetic counter, I'm known by first name. My favorites are on file, in case I forget. I am notified of special occasions, like national make up artist events, which are fun as well as educational. It really is personal care, which feels good!
The young lady in the juniors department was great at helping me find a pair of jeans, I was so confused and I looked and there she was to help. Great customer service skills. Thanks Ms. Sonya
