Well if I could give that store is zero rating I would but you want rating so 1 is real hard to even give honestly at this point .... the reasons are so many and I'm hoping all stores have not been employed by a company I've had nothing but top respect for and always took great care of my needs and concerns for years I should say at least 2 decades! I'm still waiting on a return call from a woman who contacted me about an incident that occurred when shopping at Pink in Muncie Mall a couple weeks back one evening.... she called me the very next day and I was impressed and relieved at first thinking that me doubting the company I've been loyal to and spent more money in than many earn in a lifetime had lost the awesome customer service and genuine customer value that I loved and also being the professional I am especially running huge businesses from taking big commercial banks public that are to this day huge and growing all the time to running HR/PR for Fox Studios and several others to on the side working with Interscope Records and all branches with them and all the artist connected who all love and respect me and I'm their first go to for all work with their labels and with their side businesses and different things they have going on and at any time I can count on them as they can me and that's just something you don't get from majority of people and companies these days and I also earned that so I expect when I am a customer somewhere regardless if it's been decades or days I expect to be treated with respect as I always give and I have now concluded that this company has gotten a bit to big mostly in the head and that customer service level where they were always on top of it and geared to satisfy has now gotten lost with the growth and they can grow all day long but if you lose what honestly keeps most people coming back the feeling that they're special and mean something to a company regardless of they're jobs or pocket books .....well people will eventually not be so loyal to that company good sale or not and there is always the next best company just around the corner that just may be the one to take from this companies sales and all the customers that used to be treated as they all mattered and then you dismissed a very serious issue that occurred in your store well you may be like all these companies closing their doors cause they just can't keep up with Walmart ..... karma is real and when it strikes it's seven times what you put out and what I just went through now granted it's in Indiana but that shouldn't matter if they vetted their employees as they should as the type company they're! I'm not going into specifics for only one reason and that's it I'm giving this woman at corporate one last attempt with a call tomorrow and if I do not receive a return call tomorrow by end of business hours then I will return here and also you will be able to read full story at this point all over because I will not only make sure anyone reading this here gets filled in on exactly just how messed up those employees at this pink store are but how the company handled it which will make 95% of you who read it mouths drop to the floor and think twice before spending you hard earned dollars with this company ever again it's that messed up seriously no joke! So anyone entering that store please be aware of the employees not other customers and if possible record any and all interactions you question because they won't even view their own cameras without you making a police report and trust me when you think of how would you do that without the police putting you in a mental health facility you will get even more angry with this company and then question how intelligent the damn customer service agents and supervisors really are!
I had a similar experience,except the clerk was being helpful,then for some reason the manager became involved and was so rude I have not been back to store for a year.mabye they have a new manager,but i wont be shopping here soon again.I need a 34DDD,and they were rude and unhelpful as if it was comic to them,embarassing to me.
For some reason Victoria's Secret at Muncie Mall, Muncie, Indiana has become a Pink only store. I am not a teenager, I wear real women's sizes. I cannot shop at this store anymore. Now I must drive much further and it is very inconvenient. I guess I will begin shopping for my lingerie elsewhere and I was a very good customer.
But ignoring the path that encounter had taken, it's not the first time I've been with someone or heard of someone being "sized" at VS to fit their window of available sizes. If you're measured for a 34E, they'll tell you to try a 36DD or a 38D like it's no big deal that they're trying to sell you a bra that's FOUR INCHES bigger than what you should be wearing. Never trust their sizing.
This store had a very misleading sign. The sign read "all underwear 3.99" (which corresponded to the 5 for 15 deal). We get there and find the only the SAS underwear is on sale. We only find extra small so I go back and ask if the underwear on the display was 3.99. And with an attitude the lady replied, "no. Only the SAS underwear and we only have extra small. Which she failed to mention to us in the first place. 0/10
Victoria's Secret has an unreasonably limited selection of sizes. And to make the whole thing worse, if you don't wear their handful of sizes they will tell you that you wear a size that they carry! I wear a 28F, not easy to find and I didn't expect to find one at the Wal-Mart of bra stores. But I did expect not to be yelled at. I was looking through some bras (hoping to find a 32DD since they had just started making more sizes and I got excited) when a sales girl asks if she can help. I asked her what styles they carried in a 32DD. She laughed and told me that I didn't wear a 32DD. I assured her I did but it was none of her business if that's what I want to look at. She wouldn't drop it and in hopes of getting her to help me I agreed to let her measure me. She decided that I wear a 34 B. I laughed and went in search of other sales staff. Unfortunately for me she was the only one available. She continued harassing me and annoyed me to the point that I was getting angry. She wanted me to try on all these bras because she was sure they would fit. So I did in hopes that she would see how much of an idiot she is. The band fit like a t-shirt and the cup didn't even cover my nipples. She decided that it was probably just that style and gave me a few others and even gave me a 32 C. I tried explaining to her again that I just wanted her to point out where the 32DD's were and told her that they were for a friend so she would shut up. She seriously started getting upset at ME because I didn't fit into the bras that she arbitrarily decided I had to fit in to! At that point I showed her the bra I was wearing, clearly marked 28 F. She completely ignored that bit of information and wanted me to try on more bras. I refused and told her that I knew what size I wore better than her and her reply? "I've been wearing bras my whole life, I know what I'm doing." Really? Because I'm pretty sure I'm just as much of a girl as she was, on top of the fact that I'm almost certain I've been wearing bras longer than she's been alive, and I DEFINITELY have a better handle on the specifics of MY BOOBS than a girl that saw them for the first time 5 minutes ago. I regrettably lost my calm and said something along the lines of 'And I just started wearing bras yesterday?' She THREW the bras she was holding and her tape measure in the dressing alcove and said that if I didn't want to wear the right size bra there's nothing she can do to help me, and walked away. I so wish I had the clarity of mind to have gotten her name, because it was embarrassing how rude she was.
