In order to have a more gas-efficient vehicle for road trips, I have rented from Muncie Enterprise several times this year. The cars are clean and nice, but the service is SUPERB! I have been fortunate to deal with Kegan each time in some way. Not only is she friendly (she actually remembers me and addresses me accordingly!), but she is very professional and knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable with understanding the vehicle's amenities. She is one reason I will keep coming back.
