When I first pulled into the parking lot, I noticed how organized and put together the cars were. There hasn't been ONE time that I've been greeted and had to open the doors myself! They are very respectful and professional. The inside is clean and very welcoming. I think being greeted with a smile and "How may I help you" says a lot about a car company. Kia of Muncie has the greatest salesman and staff. They go above and beyond for those who need a nice reliable vehicle!! Keep up the great work ladies and gentleman!!
Our sales person Teresa was great. She was very patient with my son and I. It was his first car that he is purchasing and she took the time to look at different used options out there to be with in his budget. Finance manager was great on getting him a great payment and explained warranty. Erin also followed up with us to after the sale. Teresa also stayed with us through some fixes that had been agreed to also. Oh and she also went over the accessories the car with him and made sure we were satisfied.

It was so comforting to have you verbally attack me on the phone over something that you said had nothing to do with you anyway. I needed a bit of compassion and direction and you had none to give. My husband and I called Brad Miller because we needed a vehicle badly! Brad was very courteous and helpful. When we got to KIA Brad was not working that particular day, so Wyatt helped us!
