Worst car dealer ship in America I bought 2010 Jeep Rubicon wrangler with 84000aprox miles , light bar 180 watt, 4inch lift , 35x12.5x 17 tires , soft top hard top , wheel carrier was broken didn't know till it's too late , they showed me a paper it was worth 29800 . I paid 36000 with a 3 yr 36k mile warranty . Traded in a trailblazer only with 2500 but it shows 4500 . I owe 29k and now gaddis is only willing to give 19k for it 14 months later I've owned it with only 94k miles on it 9000 miles I put on it to trade it back in . There service department good prices but there are rude misleading mechanics as well 0stars!!!!!!! wish there was laws protecting citizens from being taken advantage of . Gaddis Chrysler Dodge and Jeep of Muncie Indiana worst dealer ship of United States of America.

I just recently purchased a car from these guys and the experience was great. Matt took the time to answer my questions about a particular car before I made the hour drive down. They had the car ready for me to test drive and didn't keep me waiting unnecessarily as was the case at several other lots.
Great people and great service, especially Rodney! Twice in less than a year he helped me find the perfect car for me and which one would be best! He does his best to make sure his customers are happy and is sure you won't walk out without a smile on your face! I proudly recommend anyone who is looking for a used or brand new car to go here!
