Its not a bad mobile home park at all. Its mostly white people and what you pay for is what you get. Its just a simple nothing fancy mobile home park! I LIKE IT!

The appearance is atrocious just driving through 80 and 90% of the mobile home should be condemned are we in two different ones and both were in the same condition unfit for human occupancy.
