The dike I talked to on the phone was rude as they come. Wouldn't apologize. I hope she goes out of business. Her and the truck driver flipped me off. Need to get control of their anger no wonder they work in and industry like that.
No understanding, empathy, compassion whatsoever. Money-hungry mongrels!!! How about you put up BIGGER signs in less inconspicuous places or is that all part of the scheme!? They must assume everyone is just college students familiar with the area and policies. They must just sit there and wait or drive by every few minutes to see who they can nail (considering my vehicle wasn't even there 90 minutes before checking on it). Their fees are asinine! RUDE JERKS!!!
This place is garbage, the took my car and made me pay 160 bucks. I parked at church but they said nope. 0/10 would not recommend. Hope they go bankrupt
Crooks. Only after your money. They have towed my car off my property TWICE now. That's a month's rent that I've had to shell out to get MY car back.
I have been towed by this company once before and they are miserable to deal with very unhelpful and inconsiderate but that’s cool I learned my lesson it’s was a one time deal. But they have just towed my friends car from my apartment complex after he had been there for 2 hours. This upset me to no end so I started looking into the the matter and I found this
As well the owners of the private properties can say that you can’t park on their properties, that’s fine and dandy but they still can’t legally tow you until after 24 hours.
All this withstanding, the towing companies are breaking the state law and need to be stopped.
Indiana Code Title 9. Motor Vehicles § 9-22-1-16.
A.If after twenty-four (24) hours the person who owns a vehicle believed to be abandoned on private property has not removed the vehicle from the private property, the person who owns or controls the private property on which the vehicle is believed to be abandoned may have the vehicle towed from the private property.
B. (b) Notwithstanding subsection (a), in an emergency situation a vehicle believed to be abandoned on private property may be removed immediately. As used in this subsection, “emergency situation” means that the presence of the vehicle believed to be abandoned interferes physically with the conduct of normal business operations of the person who owns or controls the private property or poses a threat to the safety or security of persons or property, or both.
