I am an Atlanta Braves season ticket holder. Muncie Novelty was given contract to print and deliver the tickets. The Braves opening day game is on 04/14. Muncie didn't ship the tickets till 04/13 at 4:39 pm. Shipping the tickets the afternoon before the event was bad, but using UPS ground made it worst. The cheap bast..ds would not even use overnight delivery which would at least ensure the tickets arrived on game day. THIS COMPANIES CUSTOMER IS AWFUL.
