It was amazing place, I was leaving in this place, and all of people are very friendly. I didn't need to change the apartment, but I didn't find my major at BSU. My advise for anyone who wants to be happy and pay just 330$, l wanna say "take the apartment and you'll not be sad".
The parking situation is bad and the bricks on the building are in bad shape. The landscaping needs some serious work overs. The apartments themselves aren't bad but are a little out of date.
