I will never be purchasing from Fastenal again. I needed 6 of the same part. They only had 3. They said the other 3 would be in the next day. Fine. Picked up the other 3 pieces when they were in. Now is where the problem starts. Their "online price" was cheaper than in store. The 3 that they had in stock were at the higher price, and the 3 that they had to get from the warehouse were cheaper. Except! Then they charged me $8 shipping! At that point, I let it go. I had my parts. I ended up only needing 4, and when I went to return them to the store, they said they couldn't reuturn them because they weren't a stocked item! What were the 3 that were on the shelf then!?!!? Absolutely ridiculous. I can get parts for the same price elsewhere online. Never visiting that store again.
