We enjoyed living there. We were quite shocked that they charged us $150.00 for a toilet seat that the pin kept coming out of and "misc". We had never rented before and didn't think anything about it. Imagine our surprise! If we would have called them they would had to fix it for free...wish we had thought of that.

The property manager, Stacy, is by far the sweetest lady i've ever met! She answers all our questions to the best of her ability. The maintenance are great guys and help with any problems as fast as they can! very quiet community and neighbors are very nice. I've lived here for only a week and i've decided i already want to stay here for a long time.
