As it turns out, Roto-Rooter only charges you if the clog is cleared.
They arrived promptly and the guys that were dispatched were very nice and professional.
Warm people and very helpful. Answered all the questions and courteous to my needs. Definitely recommend them.
They began work with the auger to remove the clog. As it turned out it was a large root and it snapped the cable. Needless to say this did not fix my clog. This wasn't their fault, it was what it was.
In June or July of 2015 I called Mr Rooter in Muncie to clear a clogged drain. I called them because I had a coupon for $25 off a service call.

The only reason I decided to write this review 2 years later is because I had a clogged main today and called Roto Rooter of Muncie to clean it out.
I'm not kidding, RUN from this business, do not even consider it! A rating of one star is far more than they earned.
My 1 star comes from the fact that I was still charged for the service and was left with a broken auger cable sticking out of my kitchen cabinet.
Moral of the story... call Roto-Rooter. NOT Mr Rooter.
This is a horrible place to do business with. They do not show up on time. They dawdle. They promise you the best prices, anything but the truth. The secretary was very nasty with me on the phone, raising her voice at me, talking over me, not allowing me to speak. I will return with their estimates, and what I actually paid a local plumber/ electrian.
Twice I've called these Guys and twice they have delivered exceptional work. Two different jobs two different employees and both did great work and saved me money. When shopping around for the right help this is the best place to go.
