I had these guys move me. It seemed like a simple task. I am a single mom new to the area. I had them unload my storage shed and move into a house. Besides over charging me they broke most of my things. They had no respect for my items. They quoted me one price on the phone and after they were done charged more. When I tried to dispute that they tried to use intemidation on me. They offered to replace NOTHING. In fact they didn't even offer an apology. If I could give them only a half star I would. And the only reason I would even offer half a star is because my stuff to got from one place to the other.
My wife and I have always used The Movers of Muncie, now several times. It has always been a great experience. We recommend them highly: very polite, professional and fair.
Blake and his crew did a great job... will be using them again when I move next year..
I had rod move some pretty high value things. He was not only polite but was informative about what he was doing and why he was doing it. By far the best movers I've ever hired. Even better than atlas. Thank you Rod for moving my things in such a professional way!
