Ordered a very simple pizza. After waiting for an hour, I get the pizza and when I bite into it, hidden sausage (I'm a vegetarian!!). I had to bolt to the bathroom to throw up. I DID NOT ask for sausage, so why is it on my pizza?! So upset I spent $15 just to throw it away. Never again.
Best deal on pizza in Muncie. Convenient online ordering. Not necessarily the best pizza in town, but definitely the best value.
I don't know why I have continued to order from this place.. I've had countless negative experiences. When ordering online, they NEVER deliver the pizza within the timeframe provided. A 30-40 minute wait can turn into an hour+. I also had a timeframe quoted for 2+ hours -- of course they provide you with that information AFTER you submit the online order. Calling in is no better. Order elsewhere to avoid disappointment.
Iit's 3pm and they won't answer the phone!! Every time we call they ALWAYS say it will be a few hours and are we sure we want to order!!!! ???? WTH You seriously need an Overhaul at this place!!! Totally Sucks!!
Its now called rileys roadside but the cook from frankies pizza still wooks there and uses the same recipie
