Dylan with Northwest was very helpful, professional, personable, and efficient when I had a suuuuper flat tire a few nights ago! Excellent service. They were held up towing a wreck, and I was updated with what was going on and that I was next in line.
The guy who towed me was awesome… However, when I called to ask a question about a receipt that I was never given, I was on hold forever. Not a big problem, I don't mind waiting for them to look up the information… But the second woman who got on the phone was just plain rude. They got the job done, but they are seriously lacking in customer service skills in that office! Too bad, this could've been a five star review!
I recently got into a car wreck and Dylan was very helpful and nice and considerate. He was very professional and easy to work with. He knew what he was doing and made it very easy to make a paying customer satisfied under the circumstances on one of my worst days. Thanks Dylan you’re the Man!
