I should have just thrown my money in the street, years ago I used to Clean carpet and these guys were a disgrace to the trade, they were in and out I'm thirty five minutes and told me the spots I had were permenit... After they left I used white vinager and the came right up there equipment is low grade and there techs are poorly trained this company should be embarrassed about the way they do buisness never hire this stanly steemer why over priced and a waste of hard earned money I hope this helps you out....
