We stopped here on our way home to get some ice melt. They had plenty & at a fair price. Personally, i really like the Anderson store best!
I was in a hurry and even though I had to get an associate to help they were fast polite and did their best to help me. 4 because I had to grab someone instead of them asking if I needed help (there were associates standing around just watching me)
People helping you are great. ,Rest rooms are dirty floors sinks dirty they to take some of the cleaners they have there and clean. Terrible!
Just bought two garage doors from the Muncie store. Alex Murray was our salesman, he was very knowledgeable about there products and setup up our installation with Overhead Door. Alex bent over backwards to ensure we had an enjoyable experience. This man deserves special recognition!!
This absolutely the worst retail store I've ever been to, let alone the worst Lowe's. Nightmare story about appliances taking over 3 months to get in after constant broken deadline promises, only for the installers to scratch 2 pieces. Almost 5 moths after ordering, they were finally installed in the house. They don't honor sales the they post, it's not the end date of the sale, or when stock runs out, it's whenever they feel like pulling the sign. Mid-week, mid-day, after you went to get the truck to spend $500+... yup. sale over. Not to mention their website constantly "having problems" when trying to submit poor reviews. Absolutely atrocious. Menards is right down the road. Go there if at all possible.
